I had a dream last night where I was a little kid. I looked underneathe my bed and there was a black widow spider! I've never actually seen a black widow, so the spider in my dream looked a lot like one of the spiders on the Lion King Sega game I used to have....
Then the spider said 'please kill me'
and I went :-o!
and it said 'hurry up! Kill me! And my dad is over there asleep. Kill him too!'
So I hurried into the other room and went 'daddy!daddy!spider!eeeeeek!kill it kill it!'
and my dad said 'what kind of spider is it?'
and I said 'a black widow!'
and he goes 'go back to bed. You don't need to worry about black widows when there are brown recluses around.'
(that was comforting)...ha.
So my little girl self crawled back into my bed and lay there too afraid to move, wondering if the spider was goign to crawl out from under the bed and bite me.
And then I woke up...but I was still laying in the same position on my bed so it felt more like 'and then I grew up' and I turned on my light and looked under my covers at least 8 times hahaha
